Personal Information Collection Statement

Ben.Excellence Consultancy Limited (the Company) always put protection for personal data at the top priority.  We are committed to comply with the data protection principles and the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong (Cap 486, Laws of Hong Kong).

Purpose of collecting personal data

1. Processing of applications for products distributed by the Company;
2. Recruitment of staff and Technical Representative of the Company;
3. Communications with you including but not limited to market development, promotional materials and marketing events;
4. Statistics for research;
5. Data mining, internal administration and business purposes;
6. Comply with any statutory requirement or law to assist in law enforcement, investigation by police or any other regulatory authorities;
7. Any other purpose directly relating to the above.

Transfer of personal data

Personal data collected may be transferred to the following parties for the abovementioned purposes:

1. Service providers of products under consideration;
2. Subsidiary of the Company or any other associated members of the Company;
3. Contractors or third-party services providers providing administration, customer services, debt collection, marketing, data processing, information technology support and printing and mailing services to the Company;
4. Law enforcement agency or regulatory authority for compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations

Access and correction of personal data

1. We will not provide your personal data to third parties for direct marketing or other unrelated purposes without your consent.
2. Personal data for the purpose of Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes (MPF) setup will only be used for promotion or marketing of MPF related services and products.
3. You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal information held by us.
4. If you would like to access or correct your personal information, please contact our Personal Data Protection Officer at Unit 1010, 10/F., Prosperity Millennia Plaza, 663 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong.
5. If you do not want us to keep your personal data for the abovementioned purposes, you can make the request by writing to our Personal Data Protection Officer.

Amendment to the Personal Information Collection Statement

1. We reserve the right to change the Personal Information Collection Statement at any time and without notice.
